RMA has joined forces with Downshift Bikes to provide a unique blend of expertise, accessibility, and creativity to Roanoke area cyclists. Our aim is to get you rolling again in a safe, fun, and cost-efficient manner.

We believe in fixing rather than replacing whenever possible. We are often able to present customers with lower-cost options, including utilization of used parts, to keep your bike on the road or the trail for a reasonable price. We believe in a transparent process with open communication and honest appraisals of what is necessary to safe operation of your bicycle. We only charge for the work we actually perform after full consultation with our customers.

RMA works on all types of bikes of all ages, including electric bikes, mountain bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes, hybrid bikes, and cruisers. At this time, we do not offer in-house service on mountain bike suspension components, but are able to advise and facilitate such work with a local vendor.
