Full-Time Mechanic: As part of our bike shop expansion, RMA is looking to enhance its bike service department by adding another full-time mechanic. Ideal candidate will have significant experience with and passion for working on all kinds of bikes, including but definitely not limited to performance-oriented road & mountain bikes. This position will largely focus on wrenching, but we are a highly personal and collaborative shop that facilitates a direct connection between our service team and customers. We believe in fixing bikes, not just replacing components. And we believe in providing fair, honest, and forthright service to customers. Salary negotiable based upon experience.

Summer Seasonal Adventure Staff: It's never too soon to prepare for our busy summers! RMA intends to hire several seasonal employees to assist with our summer river and bike rental seasons. Hourly summer positions may range from 15-40 hours per week. We are especially interested in weekend availability.
