We ask that you arrive at least 30 mins before the scheduled departure time so we have ample time to load our van and trailer. We will meet and depart from Roanoke Mountain Adventures at 806 Wasena Ave in Roanoke and drop you off at Black Sheep Coffee in Harrisonburg.

Bike Shuttle Service Terms and Conditions
Limitation of Liability: Roanoke Mountain Adventures (hereafter referred to as "the Company") is not responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of bicycles, gear, or personal belongings during transportation from Roanoke to Harrisonburg.

 Transportation Delays: The Company is not liable for delays in transport due to traffic conditions, accidents, mechanical failures of the transport vehicle, or any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the journey.

Refund Policy: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, there are no refunds for the deposit payment. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations by the customer, delays in transportation, or inability of the customer to use the service for any reason.
 

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that their bikes and gear are adequately prepared and secured for transportation. The Company is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper preparation or packing by the customer.

 Agreement to Terms: By utilizing the Bike Shuttle Service, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of and understand these terms prior to booking the service.
